Elevate Your Confidence
Breast lift surgery, also known as “mastopexy,” corrects sagging, pendulous breasts by removing excess fat and skin and tightening the breast tissue. The breasts are raised to a higher position, made firmer, and shaped into more attractive and youthful contours.
Reasons to Undergo Breast Lift Surgery
Having youthful, uplifted breasts with an attractive shape can improve a woman’s confidence and self-image. The following circumstances are often unavoidable and can result in a breast appearance that is less than desirable and detracts from a woman’s confidence.
Aging
As we age, our skin loses collagen and elastin – structural proteins that keep the skin firm and tight. As these proteins deteriorate over time, the skin stretches more easily and loses its ability to return to its original form. This leads to thin, loose breast skin that cannot support the tissues and often results in sagging breasts.
Weight Loss
Weight gain causes the breast skin to stretch to accommodate for the increase in volume due to excess fat cells. After weight loss, the skin is often unable to shrink back completely because it has been stretched too much and/or for too long, resulting in breasts with loose, wrinkled skin and an unattractive shape.
Pregnancy
Similar to weight gain, pregnancy causes the breasts to swell and the skin to stretch to accommodate for the increase in size. After pregnancy and breastfeeding, the breasts generally return to their normal size but are left with loose skin that allows them to droop down.

Common Breast Lift Concerns
Recovery
Most patients are able to return to work within a week of their surgery, but they should avoid strenuous activities for several weeks. Your doctor will give you specific instructions to follow to ensure you have the safest and most effective recovery.
Scars
The location of the incisions and resulting scars will depend on the degree of correction needed. With all incision techniques, the scars will be as inconspicuous as possible and continue to improve over time.
Pain
During the procedure, medications will be administered for your comfort. Minimal pain and discomfort generally exist after the procedure and can be controlled with prescribed medication.
Duration of Results
The resulting uplifted breast position and improved breast shape will be long lasting. However, the breasts will continue to age naturally and may be affected by weight fluctuations.
Empower Your Natural Beauty
Breast augmentation can be accomplished without the use of breast implants and is a very organic form of breast augmentation.
Power-assisted liposculpture or micro-limo is used for fat harvest removing fat from all the right areas. The fat is then processed, cleaned, and transferred aseptically to the breasts.
The up-a-cup procedure enhances the breast, corrects breast shape organically, and improves the post-explantation deformity.
Rediscover Freedom & Comfort
Breast reduction surgery, also known as “reduction mammaplasty,” is a procedure designed to relieve the stress of excess breast weight for females by reducing the size of the breasts. Many women with excessively large and heavy breasts experience pain in their necks and backs, difficulty performing routine activities or exercise, and frustration with fitting into certain styles of clothing.
The Benefits of Breast Reduction
Clothing Fits Better
Many styles of clothing do not cater to a larger bust line. A breast reduction will create a more balanced hourglass shape that will boost a woman’s confidence both in and out of the fitting room.
Reduces Back Pain
Heavy breasts can cause back pain and indentations in the shoulders from bra straps. This procedure will reduce the weight of overly large breasts and eliminate the associated discomfort and pain.
Improves Physical Ability
Large, heavy breasts often impede performance in athletics as well as routine physical activities. A breast reduction can increase mobility and comfort to improve the overall quality of life for patients.
Eliminates Skin Irritation
Skin irritation can occur beneath the breasts when they are excessively large. Breast reduction reduces the weight and lifts the breasts so they no longer irritate the skin.
Common Breast Reduction Concerns
Recovery
Swelling and bruising will be apparent for at least the first two weeks, after which time most patients feel comfortable returning to work. After six weeks, patients can resume exercise and regular physical activities.
Scars
Scars with breast reduction are minimal and fade over time. Typically, there will be a scar around the areola, a vertical scar from the areola to the breast crease, and a scar along the breast crease.
Pain
Pain after breast reduction is minimal and can be managed with prescribed pain medication. You may be instructed to wear a compression bra, which will also help decrease pain and swelling.
Duration of Results
The results of breast reduction will last a lifetime, and the breasts will continue to age naturally. Patients will experience lighter, more youthful breasts and increased comfort and confidence as a result of this procedure.
Enhancing Lives, Transforming Beauty
Top surgery is a high-satisfaction procedure for those transitioning.
We offer female-to-male breast reduction often with nipple preservation. We also offer male-to-female breast augmentation with implants and/or fat transfer.
Fat transfer to grow a set of natural breasts does require multiple procedures and may be difficult in the patient with lean body habitus.
Supporting Your Journey with Care
Mastectomy is one of the most common treatments for breast cancer, and it involves the surgical removal of breast tissue. Patients who are at a high risk of developing breast cancer may also undergo this procedure as a preventive measure.
Depending on the patient’s individual circumstances, breast reconstruction may be performed at the same time as the mastectomy, or reconstruction may be delayed until after the patient has healed and/or additional cancer treatments have been performed.
